高校艺术类大学生思想政治教育工作研究

The Study of the Ideological and Political Education of Art Students in High School

目前高校艺术类大学生的思想素质总体是好的,由于专业学习的特殊性、社会交往的局限性,许多学生在理想信念、集体主义、遵守法纪、人文素养、团队意识等方面存在的问题比较突出。其主要原因是社会转型期的影响、家庭和学校教育的缺失、学生个人主观原因,高校应根据艺术类大学生的思想特点,树立以人为本、校园环境和艺术实践三大育人理念,提高艺术类大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

In the present the quality of art students is generally good in the high school, due to the particularity of professional learning, the limitations of social communication, many students have the problem in the ideals and beliefs, collectivism and abide by the law,humanistic literacy and the sense of community. The main reason is the influence of the social reform period, the deficiency of family and school education, the students personal and subjective reasons, the high school should be based on the ideological characteristics of art students, and establish three concept of educating people of people-oriented, campus environment and artistic practice to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of the art students.
