Research on Long-term Mechanism Establishment of College Student Voluntary Service

目前,大学生志愿服务活动还存在组织管理不健全,规范性和深入性不够;激励保障措施不完善等问题。构建大学生志愿服务长效机制,应致力于建立健全大学生志愿服务宣传培训机制、组织管理机制、激励保障机制,以促进大学生志愿服务的科学化、规范化和长效化发展。

Currently, there are still college students＇ voluntary service organizations and managements are not perfect, normative and in-depth is not enough; incentive safeguards imperfect. Students volunteer to build long-term mechanism, should work to establish a sound mechanism for training students volunteer information, organization and management mechanism, incentive mechanism to protect, to help college students volunteer in a scientific, standardized and long-term development.
