小学教育管理工作关系到小学教育事业能否顺利发展,对其价值取向进行研究具有重要意义。我国目前小学教育管理工作应该遵循科学主义和人本主义的价值取向,以科学主义为基础,以人本主义为主导,二者互相促进,为我国小学教育管理工作指明了方向。
