摘要
艺术类学生是当代大学生中极具鲜明个性的一个群体,个性鲜明也就意味着在教育管理中会出现很多的特殊问题,本文从探讨理工科院校艺术专业学生的心理问题入手,分析其成因,结合此类学生自身特点,开创理工科院校艺术类学生教育管理的新思路。
