Issue and Measure of Leadership at the Startup of an Undergraduate Entrepreneur

创业日益成为大学生就业的主题,越来越多的大学生要求自主创业以实现自我人生价值,但是如何构建高效、和谐的团队是摆在一些毫无社会经验大学生面前的一个重大难题,大学生渴望成功的拳拳之心与残酷现实形成的矛盾以及个人利益最大化的原则,都使得大学生创业初期的领导成为一个难题,本文通过当代创业成功轿子进行分析,针对大学生创业提出相关的意见与建议,为大学生创业提供参考。

To start a Business is increasingly becoming the subject of vocation of university students, a growing number of students required to start their own businesses to realize self-value of life, but how to build an effective and harmonious team is a major problem that placed in front of college students who have no experience, the conflict between sincere wish to success and the harsh reality and the principle of maximizing individual interests, which make the leadership to become a problem at the startup of an undergraduate entrepreneur. This paper analyzes the contemporary successful entrepreneur and put forward related comments and suggestions and provides a reference for undergraduate entrepreneur.
