噻唑的膦酸酯化反应研究

Study on the phosphonylation of thiazoles

摘要 报道了亚磷酸酯在醋酸锰作用下与噻唑衍生物的反应,高产率地得到了噻唑膦酸酯(87%～92%);对于2-取代噻唑底物选择性地得到了2-取代-4-噻唑膦酸酯.产物结构经核磁、质谱得到了证实. Mn（OAc）3-promoted reactions of dimethyl phosphonate with thiazoles to afford phosphonyl thiazoles in good yields under mild conditions is described.For 2-substituted thiazoles,selectively obtained 2-substituted-4-phosphonyl thiazoles.
