苏州市中小学女教师体育健身活动现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on primary and middle school female teachers' physical activity condition in Suzhou City

该研究主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对苏州市部分中小学女教师的体育健身活动现状进行调查,分析影响这一教师群体体育健身活动的因素,并提出相应建议,以期为她们的体育健身提供理论依据.

By utilizing the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper made a survey of the physical exercise and body-building related to primary and middle female teachers of some schools in Suzhou.The author mainly analyzed the major factors influencing the current condition of primary and middle female teachers＇ physical exercise and body-building,and put forward some corresponding proposals in order to provide the theoretic foundation for their physical exercise and body-building.
