我国中部地区产业结构和就业结构相关性实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Central China

利用1978—2009年中部六省相关样本数据,从演变趋势、结构偏离度和回归分析三个方面对我国中部地区产业结构和就业结构相关性进行实证分析,结果显示目前中部地区处于工业化初级向中级过渡阶段,第二产业不断升级,但是不能有效的吸收劳动力,第三产业的发展与发达地区相差甚远,中部地区产业结构和就业结构协调性较差,就业结构的转换落后于产业结构的升级。结合中部地区实际情况,提出了产业结构与就业结构调整优化的对策。

Using the 1978--2009 sampled data related to the six provinces and empirical analysis of the industrial structure and employment structure in central China from the evolution of trends, structural deviation and regression analysis three aspects. The result shows that the central Chi- na is being the primary stage of industrialization transform to the intermediate stage, the secondary industry constantly upgraded, but can not ef- fectively absorb the labor force, the level of the tertiary industry is far from the developed areas, the industrial structure and employment structure of central China is poor coordinated and employment structure is far behind the transformation of industrial structure upgrade. Combined with the actual situation of central China, the article will presented countermeasures.
