基于DEA的装备制造业上市公司经营绩效评价

Performance Evaluation of Listed Companies of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Based on DEA

以2005-2009年中国装备制造业上市公司经营绩效为研究对象,利用主成分法和因子分析对选取指标进行筛选,构建装备制造业上市公司绩效指标体系。运用数据包络分析对其经营绩效进行评价并分析影响经营绩效的关键因素。实证结果表明,装备制造业整体发展虽然符合实际形势,技术效率、技术进步、纯技术效率都大于1,说明该行业管理、决策能力和技术进步以及技术创新都得到改善,但提高幅度不明显,因此提出提高经营绩效的对策。

This paper regards listed companies of equipment manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2009 performance as research object. Using principal component and factor analysis select indicators, constructs performance indicators system. Use DEA to evaluate performance and analyze the key factors. The empirical results shows development of equipment manufacturing industry meets realistic situation, technological progress, pure technical efficiency are greater than 1, it shows management, decision-making capacity and technological progress and technological innovation have improved. But the margin of increase was not obvious, therefore takes measures to improve performance.
