摘要
随着IEC61850标准在智能变电站领域的推广应用,智能电子设备IED(Intelligent Electronic Device)对时钟精度要求已达到了T5等级(1μs).介绍IEEE 1588时间同步原理,对研制的PTP 925d时钟模块进行性能测试,证明在硬件辅助条件下IEEE 1588标准的时间同步精度可以达到纳秒量级.并分析IEC 61850标准在智能变电站的功能结构,以PTP 925d时钟模块为基本构件,设计智能变电站站内与站间的PTP时间同步方案,论述与分析相关技术细节,为IEEE 1588在智能变电站的工程应用提供参考.
With the application of IEC 61850 in smart substations,the time accuracy requirement for Intelligent Electronic Device(IED) is level T5(1 μs).The criterion of IEEE 1588 is introduced in this paper,and the function of the PTP 925d clock module is tested.Testing results show that the time synchronous precision of IEEE 1588 can reach nanosecond grade.The function structure of smart substations using IEC 61850 is analyzed.And then the scheme of PTP time synchronization for smart substations is designed using the PTP 925d clock module,and the techniques are analyzed in detail as references for IEEE 1588 application in smart substations.
