摘要
针对电网系统对时间同步的要求,提出一种基于GPS/北斗卫星共视技术的远距离时间比对和传递方法,实现电网系统的高精度时间同步和频率校准.详细介绍该系统的软、硬件设计和数据处理算法,并给出国家电网所有一级基准时钟与国家标准时间UTC(NTSC)的共视数据分析结果:GPS模式下的共视比对精度优于5ns,北斗模式下共视比对精度优于15ns.数据结果表明:采用该技术能够实现电网系统全网范围内高精度、高稳定性、高可靠性的时间统一.
In view of time synchronization requirements for power grids,a remote time comparison and transmission method based on the satellite Common-View technology is presented in this paper.The method can realize high-precision time synchronization and frequency calibration.This paper introduces design of the software and hardware,and data processing algorithm.Based on Primary Reference clocks of power grid and local Coordinate Universal Time of National Time Service Center UTC(NTSC),the common-view(CV) data analysis results show that CV based time synchronization error is less than 5 ns using GPS,and it less than 15 ns using Bei-Dou.The technology can implement high accuracy,stability and reliability time synchronization for the whole power system
