Current Situation of Practical Teaching Faculty in Higher Vocational Colleges and its Countermeasures

文章在分析高职院校实践教学师资队伍建设现状的基础上,从提高认识、加强师资队伍培训、建立激励机制等三个方面,提出了加强高职院校实践教学师资队伍建设的措施。

On the basis of analyzing the current situation of practical teaching faculty in higher vocational colleges,this article puts forward the measures of strengthening the teaching faculties in higher vocational schools from three aspects——Improving the understanding,enhancing training,establishing incentive mechanism.
