摘要
为分析各个悬置元件主轴刚度对某动力总成悬置系统解耦率的影响,对每一个悬置的进行正交设计并进行仿真试验,然后用极差分析法对结果进行了分析。结果表明,在该动力总成悬置系统中,左悬置和右悬置的x向刚度对悬置系统解耦率影响最明显;而后悬置的z向刚度对系统解耦率影响最明显;单个悬置各向刚度之间的交互作用对系统解耦率的影响不明显。
In order to discuss the influences of different engine mount's stiffness on powertrain mounting system's energy decoupling by using orthogonal experimental design,the range analysis method was applied to analyzing experimental results.The result indicated that the left and right mount's stiffness in X direction exerted great impact on system's energy decoupling,and the back one in Z direction exerted great impact on it.It also showed that the interaction effects between mount's stiffness of each direction were not obvious.
