ICAPS系统在伊朗ARAK炼厂项目试车中的应用

APPLICATION OF ICAPS IN PRE-COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING STAGE OF ARAK REFINERY PROJECT IN IRAN

伊朗ARAK炼厂总承包项目采用了ICAPS(Integrated Commissioning And Progress System)系统作为项目在预试车及试车(PRECOM/COM)阶段的工程管理软件。ICAPS是依据法国道达尔(TOTAL)公司专利的预试车/试车程序及规范,由法国VINCI公司研发的。ICAPS系统将设计、施工、预试车及试车管理的各方纳入到一个统一的计划系统,不仅可以实现工程管理的系统性、完整性、一致性和高效性,也保证了从总承包方向业主方的工程检验、验收和交接过程能够有条不紊,有据可依的顺利进行。

The software of ICAPS(Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) is applied in the pre-commissioning and commissioning stage of Arak Refinery project in Iran.ICAPS is developed by VINCI,a France company,referring to the proprietary specification and procedure of TOTAL for pre-commissioning and commissioning of refinery.ICAPS integrates project engineering design,construction,pre-commissioning and commissioning into one project management system,in which systematization,integrality,consistency and efficiency can be realized,and project inspection,acceptance and handover from Contractor to Employer can be carried out smoothly and recorded accordingly.
