摘要 重点介绍了乙烯裂解炉横跨管材料的选用、管道布置及设计中应当考虑的因素,并根据横跨管的特点,结合具体工程,进一步说明横跨管的布置应当与辐射段的盘管结构、盘管的布置方式及急冷锅炉的型式相适应。同时对横跨管的柔性分析、管架的设置原则、管架型式、配重系统的工作原理、恒力弹簧和配重系统的优缺点等方面进行了阐述。另外还探讨了横跨管的安装要求、焊接接头的无损检测、管道的系统试验及施工质量验收等内容。 Material selection,piping layout and the considerations of piping design for crossovers on ethylene cracking furnace are introduced in this article.According to the characteristics of crossovers,this article takes some projects as the example to further illustrate that crossovers should be arranged according to the style of radial coil,the layout of radial coil and the type of transfer line exchanger.The flexibility analysis of crossovers,setting rules of support,type of support, working principles of counter-weight system,and the advantages and disadvantages of constant hangers and counter-weight system are explained,and the erection requirements for crossovers,NDE of welded joints,test of piping system and construction quality acceptance are also discussed.
