浅议加热炉设计应对国际化的举措

阐述承接的某国外炼油厂改扩建工程EPC总承包项目中加热炉的特殊运作模式,即加热炉在欧洲招标采购,模块化供货、现场拼装的实施过程。比较了中、外工程公司在加热炉设计理念、设计文件内容和深度、标准规范运用等方面存在的差异。重点说明模块化是国外普遍采用的一种加热炉设计供货方式,它有利于承包商对加热炉整体性能进行保证,项目费用和周期易于控制;并且能够有效提高加热炉加工制造水平和精度,减少现场的工作量。探讨了加热炉参与国际市场竞争需改进和完善的措施。

Taking an EPC project of international cooperation as the example,this paper compares the differences between Chinese companies and foreign companies in furnace design from aspects of design concept,specific design documents and modular design and supply,points out the gap between Chinese companies and foreign companies, and discusses the items to be improved in furnace design for competition in international market.
