摘要
丙烯气相聚合产品质量的提高对各种原料中杂质含量要求越来越高。制氢装置生产的氢气含有二氧化碳和水不能满足聚合工艺的要求。经压缩冷凝后再用分子筛精制,使氢气达到气相聚合工艺的质量要求;针对生产中出现的脱水安全进行改造,使生产安全顺利进行。
With the development of gas phase polymerization technology of propylene,higher standards have been set for impurity content in feedstock.Containing CO2 and water,hydrogen from hydrogen plant cannot meet the requirements of polymerization process and has to be compressed,condensed and purified by molecular sieve,so as to meet the quality requirements of gas phase polymerization process.The process is revamped for dewatering safety,so as to ensure a safe operation of the unit.
