高脂血症是临床常见病和多发病,中医药在防治高脂血症方面具有较大的潜力和优势。结合有关文献从脾虚、肾虚、痰浊、血瘀方面探讨高脂血症形成的病因病机。鉴于对高脂血症病机的认识,采取的治法主要为:本虚应健脾、补肾、疏肝;标实宜活血祛瘀、祛痰化浊、疏肝理气、清热利湿。认为谨守病机是治疗的关键,紧紧把握每一阶段的个性特征,明晓其病因病机、证候特点的演变规律,动态选择治疗方法,有的放矢地将理、法、方、药结合起来是降脂成功的关键。

Hyperlipoidemia is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic,and Chinese medicine has a great potential and advantage in prevention and treatment on it.This article discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipoidemia from splenic deficiency,renal deficiency,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis combined with related medical records.According to the understanding of the pathogenesis of hyperlipoidemia,the main treatment method included invigorating spleen and kidney and dispersing depressed liver-qi for the body origin and promoting blood flow to remove blood stasis,eliminating phlegm to dispel turbidity,dispersing depressed liver to regulate qi and clearing heat to eliminate dampness for the disease appearance.Cautiously grasping pathogenesis of the disease is the key to the treatment,firmly holding the personality characteristics in each stage and understanding the developing law of etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics can help to choose treatment method dynamically,and purposively combining the theory,method,formula and drug is the key to success in lowering blood fat.
