围绝经期综合征是妇科临床常见病,由于卵巢功能衰退引起内分泌失调、植物神经功能紊乱而出现一系列临床症状。认为本病发病是以肾虚为病理基础,以气郁、痰浊、瘀阻为发病重要病因,以脏腑功能失调、阴阳不交、虚实兼夹、寒热并存为病理改变,其病变脏腑涉及肾、肝、心、脾、肺,而以肾为先。肝郁是围绝经期综合征发病的关键,脾虚、心神不宁是加重本病发生的重要原因。
