中西医结合治疗老年性房颤32例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,A Report of 32 Cases

目的:观察中药益心复率汤合用胺碘酮治疗老年持续性房颤的疗效。方法:64例老年持续性房颤患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组32例给予益心复率汤合用胺碘酮治疗,对照组32例给予胺碘酮治疗,4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组显效17例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率93.8%;复律时间平均12天;对照组显效10例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率75.0%;复律时间平均20天。两组临床疗效及复律时间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:益心复率汤合用胺碘酮治疗老年持续性房颤具有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of Decoction of Yi-xin Fu-lv combined with amiodarone on durative presby-atrial-fibrillation.Methods： 64 cases with durative presby-atrial-fibrillation were divided into two groups randomly.32 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction of Yi-xin Fu-lv combined with amiodarone,and the other 32 ones in control group were treated with amiodarone only.One treatment course included 4 weeks.Results： In treatment group 17 cases were excellent,13 ones effective,and 2 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.7%,and conversion time was 12 days averagely.In control group 10 cases were excellent,14 ones effective,and 8 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 75.0%,and conversion time was 20 days averagely.There was significant difference between the two groups on clinical curative effect and conversion time（P0.05）.Conclusion：Decoction of Yi-xin Fu-lv combined with amiodarone has good effect on durative presby-atrial-fibrillation.
