Information Technology Learning Behavior Model in the International Competition of IT Industry

在分析IT产业国际竞争中信息技术转移、吸收和创新机理的基础上,对信息技术学习行为模型进行研究。重点探讨IT产业全球梯度转移格局下,企业IT转移与学习行为的影响因素,竞争与合作过程中的IT复制进化学习博奕关系;期望在增大IT产业转出方利益的同时,努力提高产业转入方的IT学习、吸收和消化能力,增强转入产业的根植性,尽可能地实现双方的合作共赢,从而为我国企业IT自主创新决策提供支持。

On the basis of analysis of information technology transfer, assimilating and innovation theory in the international competition of IT industry, this paper does research on learning behavior model of information technology. The emphasis is put on the dialectic relationship between information technology duplication evolution learning in the process of competition and cooperation under global gradient shift structure of IT industry. The emphasis is also put on influencing factor between information technology transfer of enterpri- ses and learning behaviors. It aims to help increase transferors＇ profits of IT industry, make efforts to improve the transferors＇ ability of learning, assimilating and digesting information technology, enhance the embeddings of the transferred industry, and achieve win-win cooperation between transferors and transferees as much as possible to provide supports for deciding information technology innovation of domestic enterprises.
