通过分析竞争企业间知识转移影响因素的关系,列举竞争企业间知识转移的主要途径,分析利用专利分析法进行知识转移的优势,构建基于专利分析的竞争企业间知识转移模型,研究竞争企业间知识转移的专利分析指数和专利分析方法,指出提高竞争企业间知识转移效率的措施,并进行实证研究,为竞争企业间进行知识转移提供新思路、新方法。

By analyzing the relationship of factors affecting knowledge transfer among competitive enterprise, the paper analyses the advantages of knowledge transfer using patent analysis, lists the main ways of knowledge transfer between competitive enterprises and studies the model and the technology to achieve knowledge transfer among competitive enterprises based on patent analysis. Meanwhile, it discusses the patent analysis index and method of knowledge transfer among competitive enterprises, and points out the measures of improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer among competitive enterprises. At the same time, the paper conducts some empirical researches and provides the knowledge transfer of competitive enterprises with new ideas and new methods.
