摘要
为了研究运动副间隙对机构系统动态特性的影响,建立一种改进的间隙非线性连续接触碰撞力的混合模型,同时采用修正的库仑摩擦模型描述间隙处的摩擦作用,然后将间隙接触碰撞模型嵌入到ADAMS机械系统动力学分析软件中,以四连杆机构为对象,建立了含间隙机构的动力学模型并进行动力学仿真分析,仿真结果可以准确地预测运动副间隙对机构动态特性的影响,为机构设计提供了参考和依据,并且建立的间隙接触碰撞力的混合模型拓展了间隙铰接触碰撞动力学建模与含间隙机构动力学特性的研究,有利于工程实际应用。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of nonlinear mechanisms with joint clearance,an improved hybrid contact model was established.The friction effect was considered by using improved Coulomb friction model.Then the hybrid contact model considering joint clearance was incorporated into ADAMS.Aiming at the crank follower mechanism,the dynamic model of mechanism with joint clearance was established and the dynamic simulation was carried out.The simulation results can predict the effects of clearance on the mechanism dynamic characteristics preferably,and give the basis of mechanism design.
