中段切断称量法测棉纤维细度之误差浅析

Analysis of cotton fiber fineness difference measured by cut off weighing method

棉纤维细度是影响棉纱线性质的重要因素。中段切断称量法测试棉纤维细度的方法普遍存在测得数值偏大的现象。文章对中段切断称量法进行了分析研究,归纳出因人为因素和客观因素造成细度结果偏大,建议采用数值修正和多种测试方法进行交叉校验,同时,要提高操作人员的技术水平,保证测试结果的准确、可信。

Cotton fiber fineness is an important factor affecting cotton yarn property. The value difference made by cutting off the middle and weighing is commonly too large. In this paper, the method by cutting off the middle and weighing is analyzed with human factors and objective factors affecting the measured fineness summarized. Amendments and a variety of numerical methods for cross-validation test are proposed. And the technological level of the operator has also to be raised to ensure accurate and reliable test resuhs.
