摘要
尽管所谓"后理论时代"只是一种随意发挥,但确实应该正视"理论之后"中国文艺理论何为的问题。与其要么继续"大理论"的自我陶醉、要么盲信所谓"后理论时代"而丧失理论自信,不如扎实建构虽不起眼但务实的"小理论"。文艺理论本身来自文艺阅读,一些强有力的文艺理论反思,往往来自文艺作品本身;但另一方面,文艺作品本身固然可以内含文艺理论反思,但要真正弄明文艺的作用及其奥秘,还需延伸到关于文艺的普遍问题的专门的理性思考即文艺理论上去。当前文艺理论应同时突出研究普遍性问题和文艺理论的自我反思,实施解构与建构并举策略,并从传承中国民族文艺理论传统角度把文艺视为感兴修辞行为。"理论之后"的文艺理论应该不再是理论家的孤芳自赏或读者实际生活中的自我博学炫耀,而是国民的兴辞化臻美心灵的自觉养成。
Although "the Age of Posttheory" is only a subjective guesswork, we need pay more attention to the question that what is the Chinese theory of literature and art going to do "after theory". My suggestion is in searching after a series of small theories replacing those grand theory. The theories should investigate the problems of universality as well as respect the theories themselves while say Chinese literature and art as the action of "xingci"(兴辞). The theory of literature and art would not be the indulge in self-admiration by theorists or self-display by audience in everyday life but a conscious way of citizen's nurturing of beautiful mind.
