创新已经成为了时代的最强音,也是解决中国发展问题的关键,走自主创新道路是当代中国发展的战略选择。然而,为什么自主创新提出这么多年,自主创新能力不足仍然是我国发展的制约瓶颈,原因在于我们没有真正认识到创新劳动是一种具有巨大价值创造作用的新的劳动形式,创新劳动没有得到应有的回报,严重影响着人们创新劳动的热情。因此,我们必须确立创新劳动价值论,从而建立一种鼓励创新劳动的分配激励机制。

Innovation has been the strongest sound of times and the key to developmental question of China.The road of independent innovation has been the strategic disposition.Why are we still restricted by the poor ability of independent innovation today？The true cause lay in the fact that we haven＇t been aware of the innovative labor is a kind of new means of labor and it can create more values.Innovative labor didn＇t get its deserved repays has been affecting people＇s enthusiasm of innovative labor.Consequently we should establish the theory of value of innovative labor and establish a new innovative labor encouraging mechanism of distribution.
