人参养荣汤干预乳腺癌新辅助化疗所致气血两虚证的临床研究

Clinical Studies on RenShen YangRongTang Intervention Breast Cancer Patients of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Induced Dual Vacuity of Qi and Blood Syndrome

目的:观察人参养荣汤干预乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗所致气血两虚证的临床疗效。方法:将50例化疗后气血两虚型乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组各25例,对照组采用西药化疗,3周为1个周期;观察组在对照组基础上口服中药人参养荣汤,10天为1个疗程。2个化疗周期后观察2组治疗前后的症状总积分、中医临床症状、一般状况(KPS)评分及免疫功能指标的改变情况。结果:观察组治疗后症状总积分降低,一般状况(KPS)评分明显改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8较治疗前有所下降,CD8较治疗前有所上升,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后症状总积分有所升高,一般状况(KPS)评分有所降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显下降,CD8明显上升,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后相比症状总积分显著降低,中医临床症状、一般状况(KPS)评分明显改善,CD3、CD4明显上升、CD8明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD4/CD8有所上升,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药人参养荣汤能改善乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗所致气血两虚证的临床症状,调节患者免疫功能,提高患者生活质量,对后续的综合治疗具有积极作用。

Objective： To observe therapeutic effects on RenShen YangRongTang intervention breast cancer patients ofneoadjuvant chemotherapy induced dual vacuity ofqi and blood syndrome.Method：50 breast cancer patients of neoadjuvant chemotherapy induced dual vacuity of Qi and blood syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group.The control group （25 cases） received chemotherapy medicine,3 weeks for a period;the observation group received RenShen YtmgRongTang for oral administration on the basis of the control group,10 days for a course of treatment.The total score of symptoms,Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,general condition （KPS） score and the change of immune function were observed after 2 cycles of chemotherapy before and after treatment.Result：The total score reduced and general condition （KPS） score significantly improved after treatment in the observation group,there was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）; the level of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 reduced,and CD8 increased, but there was not statistically significance （P〉0.05）.The total score increased and general condition（KPS） score significantly reduced after treatment in the control group,but there was not statistically significance （P〉0.05）;the level of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 reduced,and the level of CD8 increased, and there was statistically significance（P〈0.05）.The total score of symptoms significantly reduced,the Chinese clinical symptoms,the general condition（KPS） score and the change of immune function improved,the level of CD3 and CD4 significantly increased,and the level ofCD8 reduced^d there was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）;CD4 / CD8 increased,but there was not statistically significance （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：RenShen YangRongTang can improve clinical symptoms of breast cancer patients of neoadjuvant chemotherapy induced dual vacuity of Qi and blood syndrome,regulate immune function, improve patients＇s quality of life.It has a positive effect for the follow-up of comprehensive treatment.
