手法配合中药外敷治疗皮神经卡压综合征

Manipulation Cooperated External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cutaneous Nerve Entrapment Syndrome

目的:观察正骨理筋手法配合中药外敷治疗皮神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用推、拿、按、揉、擦、挫等手法配合中药外敷进行治疗,疗程结束后观察临床症状、体征并计算疼痛指数。结果:本组患者经手法配合中药外敷治疗后临床症状消失或减轻,总有效率达93.0%。结论:采用正骨理筋手法配合中药外敷治疗皮神经卡压综合征效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of bonesetting massage manipulation coordinate external application with Chinese medicine in the treatment of cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome.Method：Through collecting the clinical cases and according to relevant clinical symptoms and signs with diagnosis,bringing into exclusion standard categorize points,and using manipulation coordinate external application of Chinese medicine treatment.Result：This group of patients with manipulation coordinate external application of Chinese medicine on treatment,the clinical symptom will disappear and relieve,the total effective rate reaches 93% .Conclusion：Using this therapeutic schedule treat cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome and have a good effect,this treatment of method will be extended application on the clinical in the future.
