手法复位、可膨胀髓内钉固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨手法复位、可膨胀髓内钉固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果及并发症的预防。方法:对2005年2月至2006年8月间36例胫骨骨折患者行手法复位、可膨胀髓内钉内固定术治疗,术后早期做非负重功能锻炼。结果:平均随访9个月(5~16月),36例均达骨折愈合,愈合时间为7~30周,平均13周,骨延迟愈合3例,肢体缩短5例,无断钉、骨髓腔感染、脂肪栓塞、关节僵硬及再次骨折等并发症。结论:手法复位、可膨胀髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨骨折具有手术时间短,操作简单,创伤小,感染率低的优点。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and complication in the treatment oftibial shaft fracture with manipulative reduction integrated expandable intramedullary nails.Method:From February 2005 to August 2006, 36 cases of tibia fracture were treated with expandable intramedullary nail.Active and passive motion of ankle joint without weight-bearing was allowed after operation.Result:All patients were followed up for 5-16 months after operation (average 9 months).All patients had bony union within 7-30 weeks, with the average time of bone union being 13 weeks.3 cases were found delay union.5 cases were found limbs shorten.Screw breakage,bone marrow cavity infection,fat embolism,anchylosis and refracatre were not found in the series.Conclusion:The treatment with manipulative reduction integrated expandable intramedullary nails can reduce operative time and blood loss and accelerate bone healing, so this is an ideal therapy as long as appropriate indication being selected and prevent complication.
