摘要
从护生的入院管理,护生岗前培训,精选优秀带教老师,明确带教职责,按计划认真完成教学任务及加强相互交流5个方面探讨护生带教工作,以期使带教工作取得较好的效果,以提高临床实习工作质量。
This paper discusses five areas from hospital management of nursing students,pre-job training, a select of excellent teacher, teaching duties,to carefully complete the task according to plan and enhancing exchanges in order to make teaching work achieve better results and improve the quality of teaching clinical practice.
