全血室温放置过夜对血浆制品质量的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨全血室温放置过夜制备的24h冰冻血浆(FP24)质量。方法选取12份自愿捐献的400ml新鲜全血放置室温,将每份全血(采集6<h,)采用无菌接驳机平均分为1)对照组:及时分离制备血浆(FP6);2)实验组:置室温(22~24℃)过夜后再制备血浆(FP24);各取制备好的血浆5ml标本立即冻存于-30℃冰箱,于检测日行37℃解冻后进行体外质量评估:观察外观、检测主要不稳定凝血因子(FⅤ,FⅦ,FⅧ)及Fib,以及主要生化指标。结果与对照组相比,实验组血浆生化指标Na+、K+偏高,Cl-、pH偏低,主要不稳定凝血因子中,仅FⅧ含量FP24(66.30±10.16)与FP6(77.98±11.60)比较,P<0.05,其他凝血因子均符合现行《全血及成分血质量要求》中对FFP的要求。结论除FⅧ外,全血置室温过夜所制备FP24质量与常规FP6质量相当,可供临床使用。 Objective To investigate the quality of plasma prepared from whole blood stored overnight at room temperature.Methods Whole blood(WB) units of 400 ml were collected according to standard procedures from volunteer blood donors(n=12) ,and then each unit was divided into two equal parts within 6 hrs.Plasma was separated within 6 h of collection from one part(control group,FP6) ,and the other part was stored overnight at room temperature(experimental group,FP24) before plasma preparation.All plasma were frozen in-30℃ refrigerator before testing.The coagulation factors(FⅤ,FⅦ,FⅧ,Fib) and biochemical parameters were analyzed.Results In comparison to the control group,plasma in experimental group exhibited a worse change of Na+,K+,Cl-,pH and FⅧ,but there were no statistically significantly differences,except the level of FⅧ,between the two groups.Conclusion Plasma for transfusion may be prepared from whole blood stored overnight at room temperature.
