ABO^＊ B新等位基因的鉴定1例 被引量：2

摘要 目的鉴定1名B抗原弱阳性献血者的血型血清学特点及基因特征。方法采用正反定型及吸收放散试验鉴定其ABO血型,并用PCR技术对ABO基因的7个外显子和启动子分别扩增后测序。结果血型血清学鉴定该个体表达弱B抗原,ABO合子型为B/O,经比对,该标本ABO*B基因存在第6外显子的272T>C的突变。结论发现1例新的ABO*B等位基因。
