摘要
目的:研究音乐类型和音乐基础对音乐疗法缓解考试焦虑作用的影响。方法:采用2×2的多因素实验设计,抽取20名初中生作为被试者,在治疗前后分别进行测查。结果:音乐类型主效应不显著,音乐基础主效应显著,两者的交互作用不显著。结论:音乐类型对音乐疗法缓解考试焦虑没有影响,而音乐基础则影响着其效果,即具有音乐基础被试者的考试焦虑缓解更有效。
Objective: To explore the influence of music type and music basis on the alleviation of test anxiety by musicotherapy.Methods: 2×2 factorial design was adopted and 20 junior high school students were chosen to be tested before and after treating.Results: The main effect of music type was not significant,but that of music basis was significant.The interaction effect was not significant too.Conclusion: It is more possible for students with music basis to be influenced in music therapy test.The stimulating music is also good to alleviate test anxiety;The two factors,music type and music basis,have no interaction effect.
