音乐类型、音乐基础对音乐疗法缓解考试焦虑的影响

Effect of music type and music basis on alleviation of test anxiety by musicotherapy

目的:研究音乐类型和音乐基础对音乐疗法缓解考试焦虑作用的影响。方法:采用2×2的多因素实验设计,抽取20名初中生作为被试者,在治疗前后分别进行测查。结果:音乐类型主效应不显著,音乐基础主效应显著,两者的交互作用不显著。结论:音乐类型对音乐疗法缓解考试焦虑没有影响,而音乐基础则影响着其效果,即具有音乐基础被试者的考试焦虑缓解更有效。

Objective： To explore the influence of music type and music basis on the alleviation of test anxiety by musicotherapy.Methods： 2×2 factorial design was adopted and 20 junior high school students were chosen to be tested before and after treating.Results： The main effect of music type was not significant,but that of music basis was significant.The interaction effect was not significant too.Conclusion： It is more possible for students with music basis to be influenced in music therapy test.The stimulating music is also good to alleviate test anxiety;The two factors,music type and music basis,have no interaction effect.
