南通地区农村小学体育师资队伍现状与对策研究

Research into the status quo of physical education teaching staffs of rural elementary schools and its countermeasures

采用文献资料、问卷调查和数据统计等研究方法,对南通地区40所农村小学体育教师的数量、学历、年龄、性别、职称及继续教育等方面的情况进行了调查、分析与研究。研究报告结果表明:体育专职教师数量不足,女教师比例偏低,教师工作量偏大、待遇较低,教师职称结构比较合理但学历层次偏低。因此,需要加强体育师资队伍建设,改善体育教学环境,提高教师福利待遇,切实提高农村小学体育教师的教育教学水平。

by adopting literature research method,questionnaire and data statistic method,the author investigated physical education teachers of 40 rural elementary schools in terms of number,academic degree,age,sex,professional title and continuous education,etc.and found out that the professional physical education teachers are not sufficient,that the proportion of female teachers is low,that teachers＇ task is a little heavy and their salaries are not high and that title structure of teachers is reasonable but with low academic degree.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the building of the physical education teaching rank,improve physical education environment and teachers＇ salaries and teaching level of teachers of rural schools as well.
