术优康预防腹部手术后肠粘连的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察医用术优康(羧氨基葡聚多糖钠生物胶)用于预防术腹部手术后肠粘连的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年7月至2010年12月共123例行剖腹手术患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组(62例)腹部手术后应用医用术优康,对照组(61例)术后应用生理盐水。结果观察组经随访无1例发生肠粘连;对照组出现12例肠粘连症状,其中5例严重者出现粘连性肠梗阻。结论医用术优康是一种安全、有效的预防术后肠粘连的生物材料,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of Shuyoukang on prevention of postoperative intestinal adhesion. Methods A retrospective analysis was taken for the clinical data of 123 patients undergoing lapamtomy in our hospital from July 2010 to December 2010, who were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group (62 patients) were injected Shuyoukang in abdominal cavity, the control group (61 patients) were treated with saline. Results Following-upshowed none case of intestinal adhesion in the observation group, but 12 cases of adhesive symptoms in the control group, in which 5 cases severe adhesive intestinal obstruction. Conclusion Shuyoukang is a safe and effective biomaterial in prevention of postoperative adhesions, which is worthy of clinical application.
