地佐辛减轻全麻围拔管期应激反应的作用观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察地佐辛减轻全麻围拔管期应激反应的有效性及安全性。方法选取拟行全麻下腹腔镜手术患者70例,随机分为2组,每组35例。地佐辛组于术毕前约10分钟静注地佐辛5mg,对照组相应给予静注生理盐水1ml。记录术前基础值、拔管前5min、拔管时、拔管后10min的MAP、HR、SPO2;拔管后2h内躁动、呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐等不良反应情况。结果 A组拔管时的MAP、HR变化明显小于C组(P<0.05),手术后A组患者躁动发生率明显小于C组(P<0.05),两组患者术后呼吸频率及血氧饱和度及无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论术毕前使用地佐辛可以有效减轻拔管时心率血压升高,并能减少术后躁动发生,没有明显副作用发生。 Objective To observe the effects and safety of dezocine on the reaction during the extubation period of general anesthesia. Methods Seventy patients undergoing the general anesthesia were divided into two groups randomly. The dezocine group (group A, n = 35) was given with dezocine 5 mg by intravenous injection at 10 min before the end of surgery, while the control group (group C, n = 35) with physiological saline 1 ml. MAP, HR, SPO2 were recorded at preoperative, 5 min before extubation, extubation, 10 min after extubation, and adverse reaction of agitation, respiratory depression, nausea and vomiting in 2 hours after surgery were observed. Results The changes of MAP and HR during extubation in group A were less than those in group C (P 0.05). Ratio of postoperative agitation in group A was obviously less than that in group C(P 0.05). Postoperative respiratory rate and SPO2 in the two groups showed no significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion Dezocine treatment before the end of operation could effectively abate the elevation of heart rate and blood pressure, decrease the ratio of postoperative agitation, and no obvious side effect was observed.
