压力控制通气联合呼气末正压治疗危重症哮喘并肺闭锁综合征的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察压力控制通气联合呼气末正压应用于危重症哮喘并肺闭锁综合征治疗中的临床效果。方法对本院收治的12例危重症哮喘并肺闭锁综合征患者分别采取容量控制通气(VCV)与压力控制通气(PCV)联合呼气末正压进行通气治疗,观察并对比两种通气模式的临床效果。结果 PCV组各项观察指标均明显优于VCV组(P<0.05)。结论压力控制通气联合呼气末正压可有效降低气道压力,预防通气相关性肺损伤的发生率。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of pressure control ventilation combined with positive end expiratory pressure applied to the treatment of critically ill patients with asthma and pulmonary atresia syndrome. Methods 12 critically ill patients with asthma and pulmonary atresia syndrome admitted to the hospital were taken to volume control ventilation (VCV) and pressure-controlled ventilation (PCV) for the joint end-expiratory pressure ventilation, to observe and compare the clinical results of two ventilation modes. Results The observed indicators in PCV group were significantly better than those in the VCV group (P 0.05). Conclusion Pressure control ventilation combined with positive end expiratory pressure can effectively reduce airway pressure, prevent ventilator-associated lung injury incidence.
