麻醉科优质护理服务模式的探索

Research on High Quality Nursing Service in Department of Anesthesiology

目的探讨我院麻醉科自2010年上半年以来实施优质护理服务的新举措。方法通过开展全程优质护理服务,营造了人文关怀,转变了工作模式,创造了温馨舒适的治疗环境。结果优质护理服务的开展,密切了护患关系,患者满意度上升。结论优质护理服务是一项以人为本、以患者为中心、消除疾病痛苦、恢复患者的身心健康和满足患者需求的新的服务理念。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service in Department of Anesthesiology. Methods By implementing the full-range high quality nursing service, we changed the work patterns and created a humanistic concern and warm and comfortable therapeutic environment. Results The relation between the nurses and patients and the clinical nursing work satisfaction were both improved（P 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service is a new, people-oriented and patient-centered service concept which could eliminate the disease pain, recover the patient＇s physical and mental health and meet the needs of patients.
