沥青混凝土路面的纹理构造与抗滑性检测方法 被引量:19

摘要 针对沥青混凝土路面的抗滑问题,分析了路表宏观构造、微观构造对沥青混凝土路面抗滑性的影响;在综述沥青混凝土路面抗滑性检测方法的基础上,探讨了各种方法的测试原理、适用对象和优缺点。结果表明:沥青混凝土路面宏观构造主要影响路面排水,对潮湿条件下中、高速行车的抗滑性具有重要影响,可用体积法、断面法和流出法检测;粗集料最大粒径较大、沥青用量适当、采用OGFC或SMA混合料类型时,路表宏观构造较深。沥青混凝土路面微观构造对低速和高速行车时的路面抗滑性均有影响,可通过控制粗集料磨光值来保证。此外,可用单点式、制动式和偏转轮式3类设备直接检测沥青混凝土路面现场抗滑性。 Aiming at the skid resistant performance of asphalt concrete pavement,macro-texture,micro-texture and their influences on skid resistant performance of pavement are analyzed;commonly used testing methods of skid resistant performance for asphalt concrete pavement are introduced;and their principals,explicabilities,advantages and disadvantages are discussed.Results show that macro-texture of asphalt concrete pavement,which influences greatly on pavement drainage,significantly affects the safety of high speed driving on wet pavement,and can be tested by volumetric devices and texture devices;deep macro-texture can be obtained by using coarse aggregates with larger particle size,optimum asphalt content and OGFC or SMA;micro-texture of asphalt concrete pavement has influence on the safety of both low speed and high speed driving,and can be evaluated using polished stone value of coarse aggregate in asphalt mixture;in addition,field skid resistant performance of asphalt concrete pavement can be also directly tested by single point testing devices,braking testing devices and deflection testing devices.
