女性癫痫患者孕期处理及抗癫痫药物应用的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 良好的孕前准备和指导对计划怀孕的女性癫痫患者至关重要,同时抗癫痫药物应用的基本原则也是神经科医生必须掌握的。现就女性癫痫患者的孕期处理及抗癫痫药物应用的基本原则综述如下。 一、女性癫痫患者孕期处理1.孕前咨询和准备：做好生育期女性癫痫患者的孕前咨询是提高患者生活质量的重要环节。任何一个怀孕妇女，即使在最佳的状态下，也会有一定的风险。
