烤烟外观质量的评价延伸指标与内在品质的关系

Relationship Between Derivative Appearance Quality Indexes and Intrinsic Traits of Flue-cured Tobacco

为了探讨GB 2635—1992《烤烟》规定的外观品级因素之外实际常用的评价延伸指标与内在品质的关系,以湖南、陕西、四川、内蒙古、辽宁、山东6个省(自治区)共110份初烤烟叶样品为材料,研究了烟叶光泽、弹性、细腻度3项外观因素与内在品质的关系。结果显示:①光泽、细腻度与烟叶糖含量呈极显著正相关,与烟碱、总氮含量呈极显著的负相关;②光泽与杂气、余味、刺激性指标呈极显著正相关,与评吸总分呈显著正相关,细腻度与香气质、杂气、余味、刺激性及评吸总分均表现为极显著正相关;③总体上弹性对烟叶内在品质的影响较弱,光泽、细腻度对烟叶内在品质的影响较强,光泽和细腻度可以作为外观品质的评价指标。

In order to investigate the relationship between the derivative appearance quality indexes,which have not been involved in the standard of Flue-cured Tobacco（GB2635—1992）,but often used in tobacco quality evaluation,and intrinsic traits of flue-cured tobacco,110 cured tobacco samples were collected from Hunan,Shaanxi,Sichuan,Inner Mongolia,Liaoning and Shandong provinces（autonomous region）,and the relationships of the derivative indexes,luster,elasticity and fineness with intrinsic traits were studied.The results showed that： 1） luster and fineness extremely significantly positively correlated with sugar content in tobacco,while extremely significantly negatively correlated with the contents of nicotine and total nitrogen;2） luster extremely significantly positively correlated with offensive odor,aftertaste and irritation indexes,and significantly positively correlated with total panel test scores;fineness extremely significantly positively correlated with aroma quality,offensive odor,aftertaste,irritation,and total panel test scores;3） general speaking,elasticity affected intrinsic traits not so strong as luster and fineness,it suggested that luster and fineness could be used as evaluation indexes for appearance quality evaluation.
