摘要
鉴于物业使用人既是相关物业小区的重要成员,也是物业管理活动的重要参与者,他们在物业管理中的各项权利理应得到法律的确认和保护。物业使用人应享有共有部分使用权,接受物业服务权,在业主大会陈述意见权,业主委员会参与权及妨害行为制止权。
As property users are both important members of the relevant property community and participants in the property management activity,their rights in property management should be recognized and protected by law.Property users should enjoy the rights to use the common parts,accept the property services,present their views at the meeting of owners,participate in Owners' Committee,and stop nuisance.
