The management technology of grape storage house played a vital pole during storage period.The key technologies such as disinfecting and sterilization,precooling,palletizing of packing box,controlling temperature and relative humidity,ventilation and air exchange,grape passing in and out storage were described.And the paper provided reference for grape storage management.
