摘要
在海洋钻井作业过程中,套管强度对于钻完井作业安全及作业成本具有重要意义。文中介绍了高温对套管材料屈服强度、弹性模量及热膨胀系数的影响,建立了温度影响下的套管强度计算方法。以渤海油田探井BZ21-2-1井为例,对该井在不同深度的套管温度进行了预测。地质油藏部门预测BZ21-2-1井的井底温度将超过160°C。以此为基础,计算并分析了该井准339.7 mm套管在极限工况条件下固井候凝和后续钻井过程中的抗外挤、抗内压和抗拉强度。研究成果能够为该地区今后的探井钻井作业提供科学依据和技术指导,从而保证海上钻完井施工作业的安全。
In the process of offshore drilling, casing strength plays an important role in offshore drilling, completion and activity cost. This article introduces the impact of high temperature on material properties of the casing, such as yield strength, elastic modulus and expansion coefficient, establishes the calculation of casing strength under the influence of temperature. The article predicts the temperature of casing in different depths, taking Well BZ21-2-1 as an example. Reservoir geology department predicts that the temperature will exceed 160 ℃ at the bottom of Well BZ21-2-1 in Bohai Oilfield. Collapse resistance, internal pressure strength and tension strength of diameter 339.7 mm casing are analyzed for the well during cementing and subsequent drilling under extreme conditions. The study result can provide a reference and technical guidance for exploration drilling operation in future to ensure the safety of offshore drilling.
