摘要
文章通过对公共信息资源管理人才需求的重要性和迫切性的阐述,提出培养高素质公共管理人才的必要性;从知识结构、能力结构和素质结构三个方面提出了公共信息资源管理人才的培养目标;并对公共信息资源管理人才的培养模式作了初步探讨。
Based on the importance and urgency of the personnel demands in public information resource management, the paper analyzes the necessity to improve the personnel quality in the field, puts forwards the personnel training objects from the aspects of knowledge, ability and quality structures, and discusses the cultivation mode for them.
