科研机构、高校和企业中的科研团组是国家科研体系中的基础力量,提高科研团组的科技竞争力是增强国家科技实力和推动社会进步的重要措施。因此面向科研团组开展信息服务工作,提高其科技竞争力水平是图书馆信息服务工作的重点内容之一。文章分析研究了科研团组的内涵、类型及其科技竞争力的构成要素,并在此基础上提出了相应的服务策略及其意义。

The research team in research institution, university and company is the basic strength of science. So it＇s important to improve the technological competitiveness of the research team. Library should start the information service for the research team. This paper focuses on the study of the concept and types of research team, proposes the information service strategy based on the elements of the research team and its technological competitiveness.
