职业经理人工作家庭丰富影响因素及管理策略

摘要 职业经理人的工作家庭丰富研究是工作家庭关系研究领域中的一个新课题。文章介绍了工作家庭丰富的内涵和机制,并从个体、组织与家庭角度分析了工作家庭丰富的影响因素,最后从个体和组织的角度提出了帮助职业经理人实现工作家庭丰富的管理策略。
