摘要
利用自行研制的永磁高梯度磁选机对1种赤铁矿和2种煤样的磁性微粒在梯度磁场中被磁介质捕集的过程进行了试验研究.试验过程中对不同磁性物质、不同粒径、不同磁介质填充率时磁介质对磁性颗粒的捕集效率进行测试.测试结果表明,在高梯度磁场分离磁性微粒的过程中,颗粒的捕集效率随颗粒粒径的增大而增大;颗粒磁性越强,捕集效率越高;增大分选腔中磁介质的填充率可以提高颗粒的捕集效率,但并非越大越好,存在一个合理的值,试验结果表明,当介质填充率为2.0%时较为合理.
The process that particles captured by magnetic dielectric is studied for 1 kind of hematite and 2 kinds of coal samples in the high gradient magnetic field utilizing magnet high gradient magnetic separators made by ourselves. In the experimental process, the efficiency of magnetic capture particle is tested for different magnetic material, different particle size, different magnetic media fills the rate. The results shows that in the progress of magnetic particles being separated in the high gradient magnetic field, particle capture efficiency will increases along with the increase of particle size. If particles magnetic are stronger, the capture efficiency is higher; If the magnetic dielectric filling rate is increased in the sorting cavity, the efficiency of capture will increase. But it is not better if the magnetic media fills rate is too big, there is a reasonable value of number, and the results shows that it is more reasonable when the magnetic dielectric filling rate is 2.0%.
