中小房地产经纪企业成长风险的识别

The Growth Risk Identification Method of Small and Medium Real Estate Brokerage Business

阐述了中小房地产经纪企业成长风险涵义、特征以及风险识别特性,指出了风险识别中存在的问题,分析了中小房地产经纪企业不同成长阶段的风险特点,建立了中小房地产经纪企业成长风险识别流程和基于成长阶段的风险识别模型,并以某经纪公司为例进行成长全过程风险识别和诊断。结果显示,该公司在成长的每个阶段面临的风险不同,不同的成长阶段应该有不同的风险应对方法,基于成长阶段的风险识别模型切实可行。该模型具有较大的实用价值,对其他中小型企业找出风险、控制风险实现持续成长具有重要参考价值。

In order to explore the growth risk identification method of small and medium real estate brokerage business,this paper describes the meaning of the growth risk of small and medium real estate brokerage business,features and characteristics of risk identification,points out the problems in risk identification,analyses the risk characteristics of small and medium real estate brokerage business in different growth stages,establishes risk identification process and risk recognition mode based growth stage,taking the growth of a real estate brokerage company as an example to conduct the whole process of risk identification and diagnosis.The results reveals that the company faces growing risks of each stage different from the growth phase and the risk recognition model based on growth stage is feasible.The model has great practical value and important reference value,for other small and medium enterprises to identify risks and control risks to achieve sustained growth.
