摘要
以亚甲基蓝为降解物,考察了TiCl4浓度、超声时间、水浴温度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备条件对TiO2光催化活性的影响.结果表明:TiCl4浓度为0.50 mol/L,反应前超声30 min,反应后超声50 min,水浴温度75℃,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧2 h的条件下,亚甲基蓝降解率为99.35%,并与P-25做了比较,自制TiO2粉体的性能优良.用XRD和FT-IR进行了表征,结果表明:混合晶形的TiO2粉体的降解效果较好.
This is a study on TiC14 concentration, ultrasonic time, water bath temperature, roasting temperature, baking time effects on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 by using methylene blue. The results showed that the optimization of the preparation technology of TiO2 goes as follows : the TiC14 concentration is 0. 5 mol/L, reaction before the ultrasonic time is 30 min,reaction after the ultrasonic time is 150 min, the water bath temperature is 75 °C, the roasting temperature is 500 °C and the baking time is 2 h. Under this condition, the methylene blue degradation rate is 99. 35%. Compared with P - 25, the TiO2 power has good properties. Using the XRD and FT - IR for characterization shows that the mixed crystal TiO2 has better degradation efficiency.
